FRANKLIN COUNTY, OH – Authorities were dispatched to an injury crash Saturday morning on U.S. Route 33 near Canal Winchester, according to local traffic news announcer Johnny Hill.
The accident took place on the westbound lanes of US-33 near Exit 135 to Gender Road, in an area southeast of Columbus. It was first reported at about 11:00 a.m.
Very few details have been released as of this writing, but the left westbound lane was blocked in the immediate aftermath.
At this time, officials have not confirmed the exact number of those hurt or the extent of their injuries.
