Oliver Law Office is a fast-growing Plaintiff’s law firm committed to fighting for people harmed by the negligence or misconduct of others. We focus on personal injury, wrongful death, defective products and recalled drugs, and complex employment law matters. Our high-impact work and top-tier legal strategies set us apart, and we’re now seeking the best and brightest law students to join us as clerks during the 2025–2026 academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Law Clerk, you won’t be confined to pushing paper. You will:

    • Engage directly with clients, attorneys, and witnesses
    • Draft complaints, legal memoranda, and trial preparation documents
    • Play a meaningful role in helping move cases forward toward litigation or settlement
    • Learn first-hand how to build strong Plaintiff’s cases from the ground up

    This is a rigorous, practical legal experience designed for future trial lawyers who are serious about advocating for individuals—not corporations.

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for high-performing JD students (1L evening, 2L, or 3L) who:

    • Have a passion for Plaintiff’s personal injury law
    • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and high-level critical thinking
    • Want to grow into long-term career opportunities at a firm planning to expand its legal team in the next 2–3 years
    • Are eager to contribute to employment and labor law matters, a rapidly expanding focus area at our firm
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with superior client service
