Manage your own caseload from inception to trial or resolution.
Work closely with a passionate, high-performing trial team.
Follow established procedures and utilize state of the art CRM and Ai technology.
Develop and execute case strategies, direct discovery, and conduct depositions.
Has 5+ years of legal practice (10+ years preferred).
Is licensed to practice in Ohio (or willing to obtain an Ohio license).
Has served as first or second chair in at least one injury-related jury trial, with a preference for first-chair plaintiff’s personal injury experience.

We value and reward excellence. The right candidate will enjoy a total compensation package between $120,000 and $180,000 per year with unlimited income potential as follows:
