Motorcyclists are some the safest drivers on the road and have the same right to enjoy the public roads as motorists. Despite the number of cyclists legally riding, drivers still fail to notice them too often, with devastating results.

A Multi-District Litigation (MDL) has been created to consolidate lawsuits against the drug manufacturer, Sanofi-Aventis, for its role in the sale and marketing of the drug Taxotere, a chemotherapy drug given to women for breast cancer treatment.
Attorneys allege that Taxotere can cause permanent hair loss, including baldness, and that doctors and patients were not warned about those risks despite the company’s knowledge. Had women known, they may have chosen a safer alternative.
If you know someone who has suffered permanent hair loss after taking Taxotere, contact us today. For more information about the Taxotere lawsuits, click here.
