COLUMBUS, OH – At least one person suffered injuries in a collision Thursday morning due to a collision on Interstate 70 in southeast Columbus, according to local traffic news announcer Johnny Hill.
The accident impacted the westbound side at Exit 105B to James Road, in the city’s Mid East area. By 7:11 a.m., EMS personnel had already arrived on the scene.
Little information has been made available as of this writing, but the left westbound lane was closed following the crash.
Officials have not yet confirmed the number of people hurt or indicated the extent of injuries sustained.
