COLUMBUS, OH – Emergency personnel were called to an injury crash Monday afternoon on Interstate 270 near the south side of Columbus, reports Johnny Hill, local traffic news announcer.
The accident took place on the ramp connecting the eastbound lanes of I-270 with southbound U.S. Highway 23. It was first reported by officials shortly before 3:25 p.m.
No information about the lead-up to the wreck has been released, but motorists were asked to take the left travel lanes in order to pass through the scene, who was creating new new traffic.
Officials have not confirmed how many vehicles were injured or indicated the extent of her injuries.
