FRANKLIN COUNTY, OH – Delays were reported late Thursday afternoon on Interstate 270 near Worthington following a collision, according to TTWN Columbus.
The accident happened on the eastbound lanes between State Route 315 and U.S. Route 23, in an area north of Columbus. It was first reported by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) at 5:35 p.m.
Very few details have been made available at this time, but the two left lanes were blocked in the immediate aftermath. Evening commuters were warned of stop-and-go traffic back to U.S. Route 33/State Route 161 at Exit 17.
