FRANKLIN COUNTY, OH – One person has died following a pedestrian collision Friday morning in northeast Gahanna, according to FOX 28 Columbus.
Gahanna Division of Police officials said the fatal incident occurred in the area of Morse Road and Underwood Farms Boulevard, at around 5:30 a.m.
A sequence of events leading up to the crash has not been released, but the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene after being hit by at least one vehicle.
A section of Morse Road between Hamilton Road and U.S. Route 62 was blocked off for the emergency response and initial investigation. Motorists were asked to find alternate routes.
No information about the driver has been made available, and no pending charges have been reported.
