COLUMBUS, OH – Authorities responded to an injury collision Monday evening on Interstate 270 near northeast Columbus, according to WTVN 610 traffic news announcer Johnny Hill.
The incident took place on the southbound lanes of I-270 south of Morse Road, in the city’s Easton area. By 6:15 p.m., first responders had arrived on the scene.
As of this writing, it remains unclear what led up to the wreck or how many vehicles were involved, but at least one person was reported injured.
The scene had the left southbound lane blocked in the immediate aftermath.
